Special Topics:Tilings

Here are three inflations of a piece-wise linear equivalent to the Schwarz surface. If we keep inflating, the resulting complex is aperiodic. We can use this to construct aperiodic tilings of space. The construction generalizes to all dimensions greater than one. For fuller description, see Goodman-Strauss' papers.
